What shipping options do I have? We offer the following options for all orders in the United States:

How long does delivery take? Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.
- Express: 3-6 business days

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders. Threshold will show automatically in your cart.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Orders & Products
How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it in your account.
Are your figures authentic? Yes, all products are 100% official licensed figures. We do not sell bootlegs.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days if the item is unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless defective or damaged).
What if my figure arrives damaged? Please take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
